About our new holiday homes for Sale
Here at Pentire Haven Holiday Park we have a selection of new plots available. These plots are brand new and can accommodate a new holiday home that we have in stock or you may look at our demonstrators and order a new holiday home with a changed layout.
Prices of new holiday homes include transport to the park, siting, all service connections, steps and parking area.
We aim to create a turn key price for ease of ownership. New owners are allowed to install satellite dish and aerials. Please ask if you need advice on types required?
Here at Pentire Haven Holiday Park we do allow sub-letting because we believe that once you have invested in your holiday home it will truly be something to share with friends and family alike.
Park rules and conditions still apply to guests. Please ask for a copy of these rules.
Rates and Utility Bills
Rates are approximately £295 per year although this is governed by Cornwall Council.(based on 2015 prices)
Water/drainage is metered and invoiced monthly.
Gas is supplied by the way of two 19kg Calor gas bottles with automatic change over valves. When a bottle becomes empty the valves switch over so you are never without a supply. Our staff will automatically change empty bottles and you will be invoiced for a new bottle.
Electricity is metered and you will be invoice monthly.
Picking a Plot
We have a selection of plots available but this can change regularly as plots sell. Once you have viewed, it is advisable to place a small deposit to reserve your plot. We can reserve plots for 28 days which gives plenty of time to decide which holiday home is for you!
Reselling your Holiday Home
All sales of holiday homes are documented by the park and the transaction takes place through us, whereby a new licence agreement can be signed by the parties concerned. This applies to all sales including family or friends. If you wish to sell all you need to do is inform the office and we can provide more details. The re-sale procedure is set out in the licence agreement. We are entitled to receive a commission on the sale of 15% plus vat.
You are responsible for maintaining your holiday home but here at Pentire Haven we have a list of reputable tradesmen who are used to working on holiday homes.
We are more than happy to provide advice if required.
Length of Agreement
Here at Pentire Haven we use the industry recognised BH&HPA licence agreement for the siting of holiday homes and we are very pleased to be able to offer a fifteen year agreement on new holiday homes.
Obligations and Rights
All holiday home owners will have a Plain English formal written agreement by the BH&HPA. The agreement sets out the obligations of both the park owner and the holiday home owner. Please ask to see a copy of this agreement if you would like more details.
Holiday Park Rules
There is a set of park rules that apply to all owners and guests visiting or staying at Pentire Haven.

The first step to owning your own Luxury Holiday Home
We can provide you with various details about owning your own holiday home at Pentire Haven Holiday Park. This will include details of new and previously owned holiday homes for sale and we can also price at this stage for further options like wood or white upvc decking.
Holiday Park Season
For the 2015 season we have two options available. An eight month season, 1st March -31st October or a twelve month season 1st January -31st December. ( Holiday use only)

The introduction of this holiday home sales service, will allow you to own your own luxury holiday home and extend your holiday season.
By having your own holiday home on the park you can choose any weekend for that short break, all your belongings can be left ready to use, so no more packing suit cases!

In the St David holiday home, that we feature in our image array above, for example, the warm and welcoming lounge area is generous in space which is arguably bigger than most city apartments to say the least. Rich French walnut furniture and elegant fabrics flow throughout – seamlessly linking the well-proportioned living space with its compact, but beautifully-finished kitchen.
You also have the freedom to bring more of the outside in with larger windows and option to add patio doors.
Clutter is the last thing you want in a holiday home as stylish as The St.David, so to make sure there’s a space for everything, we’ve added more wardrobe storage in the master bedroom and extra shelf space in the family bathroom. So your perfect getaway stays that way.
